1. Orders & Payment All prices are in USD and may include taxes if applicable. Payment is processed via secure third-party providers. AppleRush reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason.


2. Shipping & Delivery Standard shipping: 2-4 business days during Black Friday. Tracking information will be provided via email. AppleRush is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

3. Returns & Refunds 30-day return policy on all products, including Apple devices and hand warmers. Products must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Warranty Apple devices: 90-day warranty covering hardware defects. Winter hand warmers: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability AppleRush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
